Exchanging aka Bartering of products & services between individuals and business entities is not a new concept. Simply put, Barter/Exchange is a contract wherein parties who trade goods or commodities for other goods, as opposed to the sale or exchange of goods for money.
Now that you have been acquainted or reacquainted with the meaning and concept of Bartering /Exchanging we are interested in determining whether entering into a Barter /Exchange Agreement with your business or organization can be a WIN-WIN for both parties involved.

Currently, the New York Multi-Cultural Restaurant & Nightlife Chamber of Commerce (NYMRNCC) is looking to Barter/Exchange with legally registered companies or sole proprietors, exclusively, on a short and long term basis, preferably with businesses who are located in the State of New York. However, out of state offers will be taken into consideration.

1. Complete and submit the electronic Barter xChange Registration Application Form below.
2. Once Application has been completed and submitted, you will be notified of its receipt & processing.3. You will receive a Determination Notice, of acceptance or denial, via email at the email address you provided.3. If we agree to accept your offer, we will Sign and forward our Barter xChange Agreement document to the email address you provided as an attachment, or if you prefer via fax to finalize our deal.4.
